Children’s Ministry

At Yeschurch our Children Ministry begins with a time of worship and greeting with their Yeschurch family, before they are dismissed to their Sunday School programs.  Our programs are carefully planned with the intention of teaching our Juniors (age 4-7) and Seniors (age 8-11) biblical lessons through scripture, games, object lessons, crafts, and much more.  We have purposely based our lessons using the same scripture for each group to encourage deeper discussion at home in unity. We desire our YESKIDS to develop a deeper relationship and understanding of Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit.  Our prayer is for each child to leave knowing that they are valued and loved by our Wonderful Creator.

We also offer nursery care (birth to age three) for those of you who wish to relax and enjoy the service without interruption.

Worship Team

The Worship Team is comprised of musicians, sound technicians, artists, songwriters, and vocalists all everyday people with a passionate desire to exalt God in our culture. We are many parts coming together to get a job done realizing that as each of us does what we are created to do, the whole church is built up and actually thrives.

It is our desire as a team of worshipers, to simply please God. We know that He loves music, for He created it and He loves it when we lift Him up with exuberant praise. We also know that His desire for His people is that we work together in love & unity for that is the most excellent way.

Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ centred 12 step program for those who are ready to embark on a journey of real and lasting change.  A program to help people find freedom from hurts, habits and hang-ups including addictions, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviours.

The purpose of Yeschurch´s Celebrate Recovery ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God´s healing power in our lives through the “8 Recovery Principles.” This experience allows us to “be changed.” We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God´s grace in solving our lives´ problems. By working and applying these Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviours. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power – Jesus Christ, the one and only true Higher Power.

Celebrate recovery meets every Monday night from 7-9:30pm.

Celebrate Recovery Inside

Celebrate Recovery® Inside provides a natural transition back to the community from the institution since there are churches that have Celebrate Recovery in many communities. Additionally, there is an opportunity for the family of the incarcerated person to receive help as they become involved in Celebrate Recovery® at the local level during their loved one’s incarceration.
